Monthly Plans / Lifetime Data Bundles

Plan Pricing and Data Rules

For regular use, compare monthly data allowances. For occasional use, consider your total data needs. Choose a billing option, then check the plan allowance.

Plan Overview

Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. 14-day refund policy. Unlimited devices on both monthly plans and data bundles.

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month; data bundles never expire. The two billing options have different data rules, so price alone won’t tell you which is the better fit.

Monthly Plans and Data Bundles

VPNQB offers monthly plans and data bundles that stay valid until used. The cards below list prices and allowances. Switching billing options won’t change the price or place an order.

Resets monthly on the activation date

Monthly plans suit people who regularly access international websites. To choose an allowance, check your actual data usage across your devices and consider video streaming, file transfers and multi-device use. A plan allowance is a data allocation, not a guarantee that a particular website will work or that routes will perform the same on every network. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Check your order in the panel before proceeding.

Monthly Plan, 60GB

¥9.9/month

  • 60GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

A good fit for browsing, email, research and occasional access to international tools. If most of your daily tasks involve text and lightweight pages, use your actual data usage to decide whether this tier is enough. Video, image assets and file syncing also use data, so a low monthly price does not mean unlimited use. Check your remaining allowance before using multiple devices. If you need more monthly data, review the upgrade details in the panel.

Choose this plan

Monthly Plan, 250GB

¥18/month

  • 250GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

A good fit for regular work access alongside video streaming or frequent file transfers. Choose this tier based on your monthly usage, not the number of devices: text-based work and continuous video streaming can use very different amounts of data, even on one device. If network access is part of your daily work, check data usage in the panel regularly to see whether the allowance fits. Monthly data resets on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month.

Choose this plan

Monthly Plan, 500GB

¥28/month

  • 500GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

A good fit for people with consistently high monthly usage, frequent video streaming or file transfers, and for households or teams with different device habits. A larger allowance gives you more room to manage data use, but it does not guarantee higher bandwidth, route priority or access to any particular website. Before paying, distinguish a data shortage from a connection issue: a larger allowance won’t fix network congestion or client configuration problems. Check your route and device settings first, then choose based on your actual usage.

Check your usage before comparing billing cycles

For regular use, focus on whether the monthly allowance is enough. For occasional use, consider whether you want unused data to carry over month to month. There’s no single usage duration that applies to both monthly plans and data bundles, so this page does not convert allowances into fixed video hours or task counts.

Included with every plan

The main differences between plans are price, data allowance and billing rules. Here’s what to know about route selection, device use and account access.

Devices and international routes

Unlimited devices, with routes across 100+ countries and 190+ routes. Browse the route list for the regions you need, then check the options available in the user panel. The device limit is unlimited, but data usage is still subject to your plan allowance.

Anonymous, no logs

VPNQB describes its privacy approach as “anonymous, no logs.” Account logins, subscription links and payment records serve different purposes; privacy practices don’t make account credentials safe to share publicly. No email address is required to create an account. Read the privacy policy before using the service to understand how information is handled and where the limits are.

Client apps and support tickets

Get client apps and subscription details from the user panel; this page does not provide static download links. For connection or order issues, submit a ticket through the panel with your device platform, what happened and the checks you’ve already tried. This helps with troubleshooting. Hide your password and subscription link before submitting.

Streaming and tools

Choose routes based on the region you want to access, but streaming libraries, account eligibility and content policies are set by each platform. A plan allowance does not replace a platform membership or guarantee access to content in a particular region. If streaming or a tool isn’t working, check your account status, client settings and network connection separately.

Compare billing options

Use the price overview to check costs and the comparison below to see how data works. Your usage patterns are usually more helpful than the total allowance alone.

Check the reset date and upgrade terms separately

Monthly plan data resets based on your activation date; it doesn’t reset for every account on the same calendar date. When checking your balance, look at both your current plan and its reset information to avoid mistaking an approaching reset for a client issue. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Review the calculation shown with your order before upgrading; don’t assume a simple subtraction of monthly prices determines what your account will receive.

For a data bundle, keep an eye on your remaining balance. Never-expiring data stays available, but data you’ve already used won’t be restored later. If you already have a plan, check your current account status and the new order details in the panel before choosing another billing option. Don’t assume how allowances, validity periods or plan combinations work.

Payment methods and order confirmation

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Manage all plans in the user panel; the plan buttons on this page simply take you there.

Choose a plan and review your order

Select “Choose this plan” to open the user panel. Sign in, go to the plans section and select the tier you want. Check the billing option, price and data allowance, especially whether the plan is monthly or a data bundle. The cards on this page describe the available options; clicking one does not create a paid order or choose a payment method for you. Review your order, then follow the checkout instructions to pay.

For Alipay or WeChat Pay, check that the amount shown at checkout matches the payment page. For USDT, follow the information on the current checkout page and carefully verify the recipient details and transfer requirements. Don’t reuse details from another order or an old screenshot. Payment steps may vary; use the instructions shown for your specific order.

Check your account after paying

After payment, return to the user panel to check the order status and your plan. A payment tool showing success and a plan showing as active are separate statuses, so verify both. If the panel doesn’t show the expected result, keep your payment receipt and order details and contact support through a ticket. Don’t make repeated payments to fix a display issue, as that can create additional orders that need to be checked.

Once you’ve confirmed your account status, continue setup from the client app and subscription section in the panel. Your subscription link gives the client access to route details, so keep it secure as an account credential. Hide credentials in screenshots, forwarded messages and troubleshooting reports. For your first setup, follow the quick-start guide, test connections to sites you commonly use after importing the subscription, then start data-intensive tasks.

Refund policy

14-day refund policy

Choose a plan that fits your devices, the services you use and your local network. VPNQB offers a 14-day refund policy. See the refund policy for eligibility and full terms; this summary does not replace the official terms.

How to request a refund

Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket system, identifying the order you want reviewed. Include payment details that help us verify it; a plan name alone may not distinguish between orders. If there was a duplicate payment or an order status issue, mention that too so the request can be matched to the payment record. You do not need to share your password or subscription link to request a refund.

If you’d like help troubleshooting a connection issue first, describe your device platform, current network environment, client message and the steps you’ve tried. This is different from requesting a refund, so make your request clear in the ticket. No additional promise is made about processing times or how individual payment methods handle refunds. Follow the ticket replies and refund policy for next steps.

Billing and refund FAQs

These answers cover the prices and billing rules on this page. For connection issues and client setup, see the support pages.

How much do the plans cost?

The lowest plan is ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other options are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data bundles cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Data is valid until used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month; bundle data does not reset monthly.

How many devices can I use?

There’s no device limit. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Keep an eye on your plan’s data usage when using multiple devices; unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the ticket system. Include the relevant order details and keep your payment record. See the refund policy for eligibility and full terms. Never include your password or subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user panel and review your order, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. After payment, return to the panel to check the order status and plan; don’t rely on the payment page alone to confirm activation.

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the order details and remaining days shown in the user panel. An upgrade does not add a full new billing period of data.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe. Your subscription link is an account access credential and should not be shared publicly. Find the client apps and subscription access in the user panel.
