Refund Policy
This policy explains how to request a refund for a VPNQB subscription and how payment records are checked. Read it alongside the Terms of Service and your order records. Submit requests through a ticket in the user panel. No email address or reason for stopping use is required.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a no-questions-asked full refund within 14 days of your first payment. The window starts at the time of the first successful payment and is checked against the time your ticket is submitted. Submit your request within the window; later verification or payment-channel processing does not change when a timely request was submitted.
This commitment applies to your first paid monthly subscription or data package order. The first-payment window does not restart with later renewals, additional data packages, or mid-term upgrades. If multiple orders fall within the window, list each one separately so support can verify ownership and eligibility without combining different orders into an unclear request.
Usage Records and Exceptions
Normal connections, subscription imports, and use of plan data do not require you to provide separate proof of a service issue. VPNQB will not replace an eligible refund under this commitment with a refund based on remaining data just because you used some data or did not submit a fault screenshot. Data packages do not expire; this refers to their usage period, not to the refund request window.
Requests made after the refund window are not eligible for the no-questions-asked full refund under this policy. Orders that were not successfully paid do not need a refund, and an order that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. For suspected duplicate charges, an unusual payment status, or an order ownership dispute, submit a ticket so the payment records can be checked.
If the issue involves unusual usage beyond your plan allowance, prohibited use, or an account restriction, explain the order and account status in your ticket. The relevant facts will be reviewed under the Terms of Service. An account restriction alone does not mean you have lost the right to a refund requested within the window; usage disputes and payment refunds are handled separately.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel ticket system and submit your request with the order number, plan name, payment time, and payment method. To help verify a charge, you may also provide the payment transaction ID or proof of payment. You can obscure any balance or account details on the proof that are unrelated to the order.
Support will verify the successful payment status, first payment time, and order ownership, then share the outcome in the original ticket. If any information is missing, add it to the same ticket to avoid splitting the order record across multiple requests. Do not provide your account password, subscription link, or payment account login credentials.
Once a refund is completed, the service benefits for that order end, and the panel shows the associated subscription status. Submitting a request does not mean the money has arrived. Keep your ticket and payment records until you have verified the refund.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are preferentially sent through the original payment channel and linked to the original order. If the original channel cannot process the refund, support will explain why and outline the available options in your ticket. The recipient must be verified first; you will never be asked to make an additional payment to an unfamiliar account to receive a refund.
USDT refunds require verification of the original transaction, the network used, and an address that can receive the refund. Confirm these details through your ticket; an address’s appearance alone cannot verify that the network matches. Any differences involving conversion, network fees, or the amount received will be explained and confirmed before processing. This policy does not set exchange rates or fee amounts.
Checking Refund Status
Arrival times depend on payment-channel processing, account status, or network confirmations, so this policy does not promise a standard processing time. The ticket will distinguish between request acceptance, refund submission, and confirmation of receipt. After submission, check the original payment-channel or transaction records.
If your ticket shows that a refund was submitted but the funds have not arrived, reply to the original ticket with the order number and the latest status you found. VPNQB will continue checking the channel status to avoid processing the refund twice. For other account or connection issues, see the support page. Questions about an individual refund remain in the related ticket.
