Service Scope

VPNQB provides international route connections, subscription management and access to client software, with coverage across 100+ countries and 190+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Available routes, client access and account subscription status are shown in the user panel. Coverage does not mean that every third-party service is accessible in every region.

The service provides network connectivity and subscription delivery. It does not provide accounts for third-party websites, content licenses or eligibility to use them. Access to international websites remains subject to the destination service's regional rules, account requirements and terms of use. Get client software and subscription details from the user panel.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure, and do not disclose or hand them over to others. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and check your subscription status and resolve any related issues through the panel.

There is no device limit, so account holders may connect on devices they use themselves. This does not permit reselling subscriptions, publicly distributing links, lending accounts or sharing subscriptions with others. You may not use your account to provide commercial access to other people.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, review the Plans page and order details in the panel, and select a billing type suited to your use. A monthly subscription should not be treated as a data package with permanent validity.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to the services you use. You may not use VPNQB for unlawful purposes. The service must not be used to commit fraud, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious software, access systems without authorization or disrupt others' normal network operations.

You are responsible for the content you access, upload or transmit and for your related activities. Respect intellectual property, personal information and third-party service rules. Do not harm route resources or service operations through automated abuse, malicious requests or other means. VPNQB may take necessary action in response to suspected violations, based on verifiable information.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, carrier routing, destination website status and route maintenance. VPNQB does not guarantee uninterrupted connections in every network environment, a specific speed or latency, or continuous availability of third-party content. Maintenance or route changes may affect some connections; refer to site announcements and panel notifications for updates.

If an issue occurs, follow the troubleshooting steps on the Support page or submit a ticket describing what happened. Remove passwords and complete subscription links from any materials you submit. Responsibility for changes to third-party services, device failures and other factors reasonably outside the service's control will be determined under applicable law and in light of the specific circumstances. These terms do not waive any liability that must be accepted by law.

Account Restrictions and Termination

For accounts involved in resale or sharing, unlawful use, attacks or serious disruption to the service, VPNQB may restrict relevant features, suspend connections or terminate service as appropriate. Any action should be proportionate to the nature and impact of the conduct. When notification is possible and does not interfere with risk management, the reason for the action will be explained.

If you believe an action was taken in error, submit an explanation and request a review through a user panel ticket. Account termination does not automatically resolve disputes about past orders, nor does it affect any rights to appeal or request a refund provided by law.

Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance

VPNQB may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements, and will show the update month on this page. Important changes affecting user rights will be explained in site announcements or user panel notifications. New terms should not retroactively diminish rights users have already acquired under the law. If you disagree with a change, contact us through a ticket to discuss how to proceed.
